1190 : Thoughts do get transferred

The fact that thoughts get transferred to different people, over great distances has been experienced by many. Now it is being proved as possible.

The term is ‘entanglement’. It denotes two physically seperated quantum bits, which behave identically, thereby passing information to each other. The experiment was done by scientists using a three meter distance, but in theory, the particles could be at either side of the universe.

Research Scientists at TU Delft's Kavli Institute of Nanoscience have succeeded in transferring the information contained in a quantum bit, to a different quantum bit 3 metres away, without the information having travelled through the intervening space.

And, the information transferred is 100% accurate. The words of scientists, not casual statements.

Now we know that thoughts are electron movements in the brain. Assuming information transfer in the above way is possible, one can assume that it is already happening in the world, whether we know it or not. So two people getting exactly the same thought is not strange at all.

1186. Polluting is the act of destroying the only home of our children

You can never pollute the earth. Because all the materials you use for polluting are taken only from the earth. Even if you change the nucleus of an atom, you still get the materials to do that from the earth.

But what you are doing is disturbing the rare arrangement which was conducive to the creation of life and humans. By rearranging the elements, compounds and nucleus of atoms. By disturbing the combinations of hills, chemistry of water, environment, atmosphere, flora & fauna, the ozone layer and the habitats of other living things. You disturb the combination. And thereby affect the quality and possibility of human and other life. And making the earth the same as those millions of other planets which are unsuitable for life to flourish.

Part 1184 : When Money is not useful

Payment(Money) is nothing. In many situations.

Let us say that you are trying to get benefits from others. When you are trying to employ somebody, this is what you are doing.

As a compensation, you are offering money. This is good, but not enough.

Remember the Money Attitude. To highlight:

Assume you have unlimited money. You need services. Only if somebody offers the service, your money can buy it. If nobody is offering the specific service, your money cannot help. You simply cannot avail of the service. Period.

Now you long for someone to offer that particular service you want. In the capitalistic society, somebody somewhere always offer the services we need. So no problem.

But each service comes with conditions attached. For example, it may be that the services cannot be offered in your geographical area. You may have to travel a long distance to avail of the service. And right now, you may not be in a position to do so.

It means- You cannot avail of the service. In spite of your money. In spite of the fact that the service is available.

And the pleasure of your life is dependent on these things.

So remember. Money is important. But it is not everything.

Employees nowadays are not satisfied with a good salary alone. They need a little more reason to put in their whole-hearted effort. For dedicated, superior performance.

As an employer, what MORE can you offer? A little kindness? Job security? Comfortable, secure, workplace? A sense of belonging? Some ego satisfaction? Some dignity? Some compliment and recognition? Some self-esteem?

Many business persons make the mistake of thinking that they are doing enough by providing salary. And they keep complaining, that the staff is not up to their expectations.
